my rear wiper just drops, it doesn't have a stop . so when it snows , the weight of the snow pushes the wiper down on the body and scratches my paint. Now my car is in for three recalls broken subframe , rear axle, an some speed thing . I stopped by today and there must be over 200 windstars there for recalls and about half of them have the rear wiper hanging down on the body . I think there should be a recall on the rear wiper motor
