One day the master cylinder went out on me the van would not stop my kids and i almost died, i could not stop, this van has problems.

Brake pedal connection under the dash is rubbing on something and making a squeaking noise when the brakes are depressed/released.

Occasionally when pressing on the brake pedal a rubbery squeak will be heard.

Seems to be coming from under the dash. Checked out a couple times and

everything is fine.

When the brake pedal is depressed, it makes a loud squeaking/creaking noise from under the dashboard. Sounds like a dry rubber squeaking noise. When the pedal is released, it makes a sound like air leaking. Can't find any other problem with the brakes. They work fine otherwise.
