They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2004 GMC Envoy. While making a turn at 40 mph, the contact heard a loud boom and a grinding noise. She had the vehicle towed to her mechanic and then to the dealer. The dealer stated that the front driver side differential casing was cracked. The purchase date was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 71,838.

The contact owns a 2004 GMC Envoy. While driving 55 mph, the driver heard a loud noise in the front of the vehicle. The gear shifts from normal to 4 wheel drive. The dealer informed the contact that the front differential was cracked and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was diagnosed for a second opinion and the mechanic agreed with the previous failure including that there was no oil in the differential. The contact stated that she has filed a complaint## 71-492693494 with the manufacturer. The contact can provide photos if needed. The dealer advised the contact the vehicle can be repaired for a fee. The current and failure mileage were 55453.
