I have a 1998 GMC Jimmy - 4 wheel drive and am experiencing this problem with my SUV at this moment. There is an orange mud-like substance came from underneath my vehicle. The engine light never came on to indicate that there was a problem with my vehicle. I took it to a nearby shop and they stated that it may be an engine problem. They stated that we may need to replace the water pump and thermostats and possible damage to the engine. I am concerned that this has destroyed my engine.
Thank you for your time.
