Well...At first I thought it was the battery, and it was, the battery was on the brink of dying. So I bought a new battery....but what do you know the battery keeps dying.....lights keep dimming, Interllilink system not starting up when I turn on the car, radio shutting off in the middle of driving, etc. So I go back complain about the new battery and find out its a shody alternator...so I drop a couple hundred dollars to get that fixed....think everything is great....except the freaking Interllilink radio KEEPS TURNING OFF WHEN I DRIVE...I am so over this car...only 56 more payments to go.
My vehicle has been in the shop 8 times for the stereo shutting down, alarms going off, lines on my screen and it won't hold a download. It's been replaced twice and still isn't fixed. I purchased this car with 21 miles on it, brand new. GMC still hasn't helped and would replace the vehicle with a new one, which was asked 2 weeks in. I have lost wages because of time in the shop and was even without my car for a week. I need help to get the point across of their terrible customer service!!!!!
