Dashboard structural failure: Vehicle dashboard is suffering from excessive structural failure leading to large lose pieces of plastic than can 1) interfere with airbag deployment, 2) fall off and interfere with brakes and accelerator pedals, 3) cause death and dismemberment in an accident due to excessive cracking and breakage under normal use conditions. This effects all 2007-2014 Chevrolet and GMC light-duty trucks. So literally tens of millions of vehicles. GM has not issued a recall for this structural defect.
