Was about to merge into highway traffic that was going 70mph, all of a sudden I had a loss of power and vehicle would only go 30mph. I thought the transmission was failing. Dash board read "reduced engine power". This could have been a fatal accident if problem happened 10 seconds later in fast traffic. I was told by the dealer, the fix was a software update. I have asked for an explanation in writing as to the cause and the fix, so far nothing.
