SRS Light comes on. Seems like there should be a recall on this problem, since it has happened to so many other 2000 Honda Accord owners.

The Honda dealer repair shop wants 150.00 ,just to see where the problem comes from. You'd think by this time , after all the complaints about this srs light that they would know how to fix it. Don't they have a computerized diagnostic tool to read where the problem comes from .I've read on the internet peoples complaints and some supposedly solutions that they were told, like: srs module needs replacing, wiring harness in steering column, seat belt buckle, sensers in side of seats.and repairs up to 900.00 dollars. where can someone find a mechanic that knows what they are doing and don't try to rip you off?
