When I try to make a left turn signal, the usual flashing dashboard light is not there. The outside turn indicators are also not blinking. But the front turn indicator still come on in headlight mode. And the steering wheel still clicks as it turns. I'm guessing it's a fuse problem but I'm not 100% sure.
Update from Jul 12, 2009: left turn signal relay was diagnosed
