Dealer did not want to fix, but I buckled the dealer in the seat and challenged him to get out of it. He could not - he was stuck in the car! Once I told him how to release the buckle he did so, and then immediately ordered the part with no further argument. The part came two weeks later and the repair took place in less than an hour. A pain because the dealer would not believe me until I locked him into the seat - but served him right. The problem was then resolved thereafter with no further issues.
