The Exterior Temperature Indicator (located on the instrument panel, as a prt of the mileage indicator/information center) nolonger registers. The instrument panel readout shows '----F' and that's it...my assumption is that the exterior reading mechanism, which I'm told is in the front bumper, has failed. This is hardly worth mentioning, when you live in Southern California, where the difference between Summer and Winter is 10-15 degrees, but it would be nice to have the readout functioning just for reference. I plan to talk with the dealer next time the car is in for normal maintenance (car has only 30,600 miles on it) and if it's not an expensive fix, have it done.
