Per Honda manual recommendation for a tune-up @100,000 mile; on April, 2013 I went into nalley Honda for my 100K tune-up. Shortly after this service was performed, my car stared to pulsate. I return my car back to dealer and was advised I need a fuel flush. They stated this was not part of the tune-up, but should be done with a tune-up. I paid for a fuel flush. The problem still existed. I went back to the dealer and inquired if they had changes all six of my plugs and wires. They said yes...I asked why was I still having this issue after getting a tune-up. I was asked the grade of gas I use. I told the service tech 87, that is what the manual recommended. I was told to try 93 grade for about a month to see if that will filter and clean the lines. I did... however, the problem still occurs but not as bad. I call and scheduled an appointment for Saturday after thanksgiving. I'm now being told my transmission is going bad (torque converter). I said that is not possible. A 2007 vehicle with only 117,000 mile and my transmission is going out. While sitting in the customer waiting area, a gentlemen with the same identical vehicle as mine told me he had more mile on his vehicle than mines, but his transmission went out also and he had to have his rebuilt for around $2,000. I said there is no way transmission should be going out on a 2007 model vehicle with only 117,000 miles. Honda need to investigate if this is a defect issue. The service manager said no, Honda does not have a recall on the problem. Someone please help!

I own 2007 Honda Accord SE 2.4L, this car gives 10 to 12mpg, in city and 15mpg on highway, and I have replaced ignition coils, spark plugs and fuel injectors but I haven't found the resolution yet, Honda doesn't care at all, visited dealer at least ten times, but he couldn't do anything.

My 2007 Honda Accord with 23,800 miles on it stalls and will not restart. This occurs after it has been driven lightly (a few local miles) in moderate temperature conditions. The ignition doesn't work; the battery loses its charge. The occurrences are unpredictable and leave me stranded wherever the incident occurs. Yesterday I was stranded one-hour from my home; called aaa for assistance. Aaa observed the battery needed recharging which solved the problem. However when taken to the dealer, the Honda dealer claimed there was nothing wrong with the battery. This appears to be an electrical or fuel pump problem and appears to relate directly to the NHTSA Honda recalls for stalling and/or sudden stopping by recalled 2005-2006 models. The problem has not been corrected in my 2007 model. What iis my recourse? I haven't paid the car off yet and consider it to be a lemon.

January 2007 I purchase a 207 Honda Accord coupe from bale Honda in little rock ark. On October 31, I was hit from the rear of my car started making this breathing noise and I could see sparks coming from the rear. The power in the car stop working and I could not get the door opened. Several people start hollering to get out of the car but I could not get the door opened. They kept kicking the door and finally got it opened to pull me out of the burning car just as they got me out the whole car engulfed in flames and started just blowing up and we were throw about 10 feet. The salvage yard said the car is a total loss it estimated damage about 27,000 dollars.

The contact owns a 2007 Honda Accord. The contact stated that the fuel tank could hold 17.1 gallons of gas. When the gas tank was full, he could drive 225 miles before the fuel ran out. He calculated that the vehicle was getting 17.78125 mpg. The dealer stated that the mpg is normally incorrect. The VIN, number of cylinders, engine size, and estimated speed were unknown. The failure mileage was 100 and current mileage was 5,000.
