Complaints range from back pain to leg circulation problems due to bad lumbar support, cushioning, & seat angle. Complaints aren't limited to only a certain body type -- the seat comfort problems are from a wide spectrum of owner height & weight.
The common theme we hear is "never noticed this during the test drive." Unfortunately for unwary buyers, the seat pain is noticeable after 15-20 minutes.

My car was moving when it was hit by another car. I was on a city street and the other car ran a stop sign and hit me. My air bag did not deploy, but did catch on fire
Takata recall. I have been in an motorvehicle accident (my Honda Accord 2011). The accident accured on the highway due to heavy raining, the impact was front of the vehicle, caused damages to both side finders and bumper with the grill. Only the steering airbag had deployed. No side airbag, roof airbag or dashpool airbag deployed, I have a slight vertbral shoulder, rear neck slight injury.
Takata recall- I am the only owner and driver of this car and for the past 1-1/2 years the passenger side airbag sensor has been going and off when idle or while driving. I have had numerous auto technicians check the sensor and been told there is nothing indicating any issues. The sensor should not go off on a car that has never been involved in any accidents!. I have paid paramus Honda to check my car and told that the sensor code has worn off or disappeared and that a special airbag technician will need to inspect the car for a fee. I need this to be remedied as I drive my children in this car daily and rely on it to get to work. The safety of anyone in the passenger seat is jeopardized if I have anyone sit in the front seat.
The contact owns a 2011 Honda Accord. When the vehicle was parked or while driving various speeds, the passenger side air bag warning indicator illuminated. The passenger side air bag indicator remained lit until the emergency light was turned on. Once the emergency light was turned off, the passenger side air bag warning indicator illuminated again. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 92,000.
I am stationed in germany and have had the air bag recall fixed on my 2011 Honda Accord. It shows as cleared in the Honda europe tracking system (pdf attached) but still shows as open in the Honda usa and safecar, gov systems. I have opened a case with Honda usa pdf attached but I can't seem to get the issue resolved. My main worry is I'll be returning to the us on 8 Dec 17 and the shipper won't ship the vehicle if there are open recalls. Filing this with you to see if there is any assistance you can provide. "takata recall" I've taken my Honda Accord to the dealership several times and they are still the same ones from when I bought the car. There excuse is that they don't have the new replacements in yet! same words from the dealership for the last 3yrs along with the inside lighting hasn't worked since 2011.
Takata recall I received a recall notice dated July 2016 informing me of the recall but saying that the parts were not available. I never received a second notice that the parts were available. Recently I scheduled the repair with holler Honda of orlando fl. I assumed I would be given a car to drive while the repair was being done. I was told that I would not be furnished a car which meant that I would have to rent a car or pay taxi fare. Since this air bag defect is not of my doing I feel that I shouldn't have to pay anything out of my pocket. Am I right or wrong? I feel the recall should be totally cost free.
T boned a van at 35 mph. None of my airbags worked. Totaled car on 2/29/2016. Chest and neck injury. Hit the steering wheel. Also, right knee injury. Van cut across me, his airbags deployed. Chest badly bruised and knee. Knees hit up under dash. Bent the frame on my car. Had seatbelt on.
