Honda 2000 CRV check engine light went on. Car was running and idling rough. I found out that tsb 03-038 (technical service bulletin) had been issued for all Honda CRV's from 1999-2001. This defect concerns a defective cylinder head that causes the valves to recede into the head. When I contacted Honda North America regarding my 2000 Honda CRV they denied responsibility for this defect since my vehicle was out of warranty.
