They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2001 Honda CR-V equipped with a webasto sunroof, model series 700, serial number 506817. The contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the sunroof suddenly blew off. The glass delaminated during the failure. The contact called the manufacturer of the sunroof but was informed that the part was not included in the voluntary recall for the failure. The vehicle had not been repaired. The current and failure mileage was approximately 157,000.
