Consumer states that after locking the seat belt in place, and the consumer moves the seat belt will lock up and the consumer cannot drive properly any longer. Contacted dealer. Mr consumer also states that when the seat belt locks up its too tight for him to drive properly. Ph 09-Dec-2002
