The contact owns a 2007 Honda CR-V. the top of the head rest protrudes forward into the contacts head, leaving her neck exposed. The dealer stated that the seat was designed in that fashion. The manufacturer took down her information and created a file. The current mileage was 9,300 and failure mileage was 300. Updated 01/02/08. The consumer stated the headrest can not be adjusted adequately for passenger to rest. Updated 12/12/07
