Vehicle has been at dealer 4-5 times to repair throttle.vehicle hesitates at any speed with no warning. When throttle gets stuck consumer has to press down on throttle. Then ease up, and reapply to accelerate. Dealer have never been able to duplicate problem in order to repair it. Recall 99I002000 doesn't affect consumer's vehicle due to VIN.
