A/C stopped working so went to the dealer for a regas.
Worked ok but was hissing and wheezing. After 30 days, packed up so went back to the dealer and had a constructive rant. Turns out the condenser had failed, and this is a known weak point on this model and Honda have extended the warranty (but without telling the owners!). They have not told me how long the warranty was extended for.
48hrs later I have a working a/c system.
It probably helps that the car has always gone to the dealer for servicing so an element of goodwill should be considered in this repair. Free repair on a 6 year old car - good customer service in my book.
