rusty quarter panels are a common issue on 1996-2000 Honda Civics, not as common in the 1999 to 2000 Civics just yet...but more so on the earlier years it seems like...don't let it become a rusty hole because that's a safety issue in Ontario anddd it will cost your more-in that case you should have the body weld new pieces in and cut out the rusty ones instead. Total cost approx under $700.
