Mice found inside air filter heater fan area. Mouse nest/seeds/feces. Repair invoice listed 'bad stuff' as hazardous material. Service adviser had original invoice written up as warranty work. I was told by the original service adviser that Honda would take care of it. When checking out the cashier called the service manager and he had the warranty work changed to non-warranty work. The service manager overruled the service adviser because the cashier said to. As far as I'm concerned, these people are lying scoundrels.
