When I bought the car it was a warm day and didn't need the heater of my brand new off the lot Honda element. That night when it did get colder I tried to turn the heat on and it did not work.... I had been driving the car for over an hour. The car should have been more then ready for the heat to be working.
I called the Honda lot ( fayetteville, NC ) and set up an appointment. During the week before the appointment the heat would come on and then back off sometimes it would come on BUT it wasn't very hot and just made us colder. When I took the car in they kept telling me that is was blowing 90deg air and that was hot. Well to get to the lot is a 45min to an hour drive from my town. Well this kinda made me mad. They said they suggested some thing that regulated the hot water into something. So i took it back home it kept doing the SAME thing. So i take it back AGAIN... they then keep my car this time and replace the control motor to my thermostat. Now WHEN it does work it does get HOT.... i like that BUT.... it's at 10 min drive from my house to work and i would like some heat.... I start my car in the morning 10min's before leaving and when i get to work it still doesn't work.... I don't even think the honda lot believes me any more.... can i get help any where anyone??? Please!!!
