Jazz GLI 1.3L 4 cyl
Whirring in vehicle happens if in gear or rolling at speed in neutral. Almost makes you feel like you ears are blocked. only happens around 40kph, 60kph, and 80kph upwards. also has small liquid bubbling sound when accelerating from still start (Very faint).
