From the time we test drove the van and even today there has been problems with the sliding doors. Of course the salesman and service center say, "Don't worry, we'll take care of you!" Of course that's a smoke screen. These doors sometimes stick closed and/or open. There are times when we can't use them. The door track system is just poorly designed. There is too much play in them. If the top track is slightly out of alignment with the bottom track, problems occur.
The service rep we keep getting stuck with is a moron too. I tell him to please have the service tech look at a problem and he tells me to fix it myself or not worry about it. Things they should fix they don't. Also, Zimbrick of Madison's service center doesn't inspect everything they check off when in for maintenance checks. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy!
