Honda dealer couldn't find problem as usual. On slightly bumpy roads you can hear a rattling noise coming from the front. Turns out the problem is the front brake pads rattling in the calipers. I had this problem with a Dodge Intrepid too. Haven't fixed on minivan, but solved problem in Intrepid by buying after market pads that clipped into caliper better.
