This was very scary. The car was accelerating uncontrollably. Thank God, I realized it pretty quickly and managed to stop. I am scared to get back in the car. Even when I put the car in park, it was pushing, I freaked out and turned the engine off. I am so happy this did not cause any damage but I called Honda Dealer of Dublin California and the manager is looking into this for me. He said there were no report of this happening in the past. He did say that because the car is no longer under warranty that they would be charging me to figure the problem out. I don't think so. I don't mind paying for regular issues but this is a malfunction. Honda should be responsible. Will keep you all posted, should you have other info to share, please contact me. sohilad@yahoo.com

Update from Nov 7, 2010: Honda Dublin checked it out and they said that IAC (idle air control) was bad..don't know why this would happen? Also, Power steering pressure switch wire was broken(again something like this should not happen). They fixed it and charged me almost $700 and they don't stand behind their car. They said this is not normal, these parts should not go bad according to Honda Customer Service. IT went bad in this case. It was dangerous, it could have cause danger to myself and everyone around me.
