Odyssey EX-L
This is a new 2008 Honda Odyssey, bought in Dec 2008. Frequently the passenger air bag light comes up while driving, with no passenger in the passenger seat. Took the van to the dealer for service 2 times. They still don't know what causes this problem, nor do they have a solution for it.
The lame reasons have been 1) We have seen this sometimes in other vehicles, but don't know why it happens, 2) It happens even in my 2006 Honda Odyssey, but still don't know why it happens.
Called and opened Case with Honda, the dealer Customer Service Manager said Honda will call back but they never did.
Worst Customer Service from Honda... Have had a Nissan Quest before this ...ran to 223000 miles, no problems like this....
Wish I had not bought a Honda... will go for Toyota or Nissan the next time....
