Was a head on crash at both parties going 60 mph. The drivers side airbag did not deploy which my wife had multiple bruising from hitting the side window and B pillar. Injuries besides above 2 holes in colon, damaged 6" of small intestine multiple cuts and bruising and also pulled tendons from left foot.

Consumer's vehicle was involved in a front impact collision at 35 mph when it struck the vehicle in front. The seat belts did not lock upon impact. The consumer stated that the airbag deployed but did not inflate.
