rust on undercarriage and wheel assemblies
Found trouble when put hummer on lift to investigate leaking break line. Found the trouble to be rusted out break lines and the other rusted areas. Mechanic is more upset than owner, in his 23 he has never seen that sever a condition. What can be done to solve and rectify this condition? Do to the Cost to correct this owner wants to know if it worth fixing or should he just have it crushed? Owner has always kept in a closed garage.
PS. In reference to a current project owner is restoring a1940 GMC 3 ton truck, it has far less rust on it . Not very good report on Hummer's quality and value!
