Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Any time it rains the vehicle fills up with water. The dealer has replaced the sun roof, the gasket in the drivers door, and the cargo hatch. The electric drivers seat moves up automatically when the vehicle is turned off causing the driver to be crushed against the dash board. The consumer feels that the hood is too heavy and that there is no support bar to hold it up. The vehicle has been to the dealer seven times since the consumer purchased it.
