While driving the vehicle on an extended trip on the highway, the heating element on the heated seats overheated and burned the right side below shoulder blade above waist, causing injury to my back. I went to a physician, and now have a two large scars about 4.5 inches in length. I had the seat warmer on a trip to Nebraska, and the seat burned my back.
