The contact owns a 2006 Hummer H2. The contact stated that the brake pedal was applied more than once and it traveled to the floorboard. While driving at 60 mph, the front passenger side brake line was rusted and fractured. As a result, the vehicle was difficult to maneuver. The vehicle was cautiously driven to an independent mechanic who replaced the anti-lock brake system and the front passenger side brake line. The VIN was not available. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
