The contact owns a 2006 Hummer H2. The contact stated that while driving at an unknown speed, the contact crashed into a tree and the vehicle was destroyed. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained injuries to the left arm and chest. A police report was filed at the scene. The vehicle was not inspected to determine the cause of the air bag deployment failure. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 40,000.

The contact owns a 2006 Hummer H2T. While driving at approximately 45 mph, the vehicle was hit by another vehicle on the front driver side. None of the air bags deployed and the on-star system did not activate. The vehicle had not been inspected at the time of the complaint but the manufacturer planned to send a team of specialists to look at the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000. The current mileage was approximately 35,000. Updated 09/1/610
