The contact owns a 2003 Hummer H3. While driving at approximately 1 mph reversing from a garage, the vehicle remained in 4-wheel drive mode. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and she was informed that there was a crack in the transfer case. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure persisted daily. The failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 125,390.
