Consumer was traveling 45mph & was ran off the road. Brakes were applied & vehicle spun around, then back end hit the guardrail. Impact cause the driver & passenger seats to retract backwards in a lying postion. Consumer's neck was broken. Insurance comapany advised consumer to contact us. Consumer will be contacting the manufacturer & dealer.
