EVER SINCE WE PURCHASED THE CAR IN DECEMBER 2011...

1. IT HAS BEEN RIDING ROUGH LIKE WE WERE ON A BOAT OUT TO SEA. TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP THEY SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG TOLD US TO DRIVE IT IN SPORTS MODE BUT THAT DID NOT HELP. A FRIEND TOLD ME THAT THE TIRES WERE THE WRONG SIZE FOR THE CAR.

2. TOOK THE CAR IN A MONTH AGO CAUSE THE BRAKES WERE SQUEALING AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS BECAUSE OF CONDENSATION BUILDUP

3. TOOK THE CAR IN LAST WEEK CAUSE IT WAS PULLING TO THE LEFT HARD TO HOLD THE STEERING WHEEL STEADY AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A BAD TIRE. REPLACED THE TWO FRONT TIRES DROVE OFF AND NOTICED THAT THE CAR FELT LIKE IT WAS PULLING TO THE RIGHT. GOT HOME AND MY RIGHT FRONT TIRE WAS LOW. TRIED TO GET THEM TO PICK THE CAR UP AND FIX IT BUT THEY TOLD ME TO CHANGE THE TIRE MYSELF AND BRING IT IN. CALLED ROADSIDE SERVICE A WEEK LATER (BECAUSE I HAD TO WORK AND COULDN'T DO IT RIGHT AWAY) DROVE THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH A DONUT TIRE ON IT AND THEY SAID I HAD A BAD STEM ON THE TIRE AND THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PART. TOLD ME TO KEEP DRIVING THE CAR AND BRING IT BACK THE NEXT DAY. ASK FOR A LOANER CAR AND THE SALESMAN BECAME VERY RUDE AND AT FIRST WOULD NOT GIVE ME A LOANER CAR TILL I STARTED GOING POSTAL ON HIM.

I'M PAYING NOTES ON A $64,000 CAR AND I GET POOR SERVICE LIKE THIS. BEST BELIEVE I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HYUNDAI OR RECOMMEND IT TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS

Equus Signature 4.6L Tau V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 82 miles

The Equus rides like a buckboard. I took the Equus in and the dealer could find nothing wrong with it. I took it to a tire shop that I have used for years and they took the wheels off and put them on their DYNAMIC BALANCING machine and the whole machine shook! Two of the wheels were out of round. Back to the dealer after a lot of complaining They replace the two tires.

Car still rides very rough, feel like the suspension is not right.

HYUNDAI TOLD ME THAT IS THE WAY THE CAR IS MADE AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
