Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Intermittently when applying the accelerator pedal from a stop position vehicle suddenly accelerated and lurched forward. Vehicle had been to dealer on 10 separate occasions, and they were unable to locate the cause of the problem.

On 4 separate occasions vehicle experienced sudden acceleration and lunched forward. Vehicle almost hit a concrete wall and pedestrians. Vehicle was serviced 3 times, but the dealership was unable to duplicate the problem.
