I BOUGHT THIS 2015 ULTIMATE 2.0 SONATA AFTER TRADING IN MY 2013 SONATA. THE CAR'S STEERING WHEEL IS NOT STABLE. THE CAR IS PULLED TO BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT AND i HAVE TO LIFT MY SHOULDERS TO KEEP MY CAR STRAIGHT. I GO TO THE DEALERS AND THEY OUTRIGHT SAY THEY CAN'T DETECT ANY ISSUES. I WRITE TO HYUNDAI AND THEY SAY GO TO THE DEALER. FEEL SO HELPLESS. THERE IS NO HELP AT ALL.

THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM HYUNDAI AND BLATANT DISRESPECT. NO WONDER THEIR SALES ARE DIPPING AND THEY ARE STRUGGLING TO KEEP THE SONATA ALIVE. IF ONLY THEY WOULD HAVE FIXED THE STEERING WHEEL ISSUES, I WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS TO COME AND PROBABLY BE SINGING THE CARS PRAISES TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY. HOWEVER NOW ITS THE OPPOSITE. NEVER AGAIN!

I have had this issue since first day and I am driving different cars more than 12 years!

I complained about this issue and dealer said this is normal and it is because of the curve on the road, I kind of accepted it but still it is there, with most minor wind car will be out of control!

I see more of this kind of complain on the internet now and I think Hyundai should have a look on this model of cars! probably there is such issue and need to be fixed!

It is very annoying specially for me that I am always on the road

From day one, the steering wheel had to be turned a bit to the left, to keep the car going straight, and when moving the steering wheel from side to side while on the highway, the steering wheel would shimmy. Took it to the dealer, and they told me that all four tires were out of balance. They balanced them, and of course, I had the same issue on the test drive.

Took the car back, and they decided that one of the front tires must have a slight shifted belt, and they moved it to the back. That did make a difference but then I had a bit of a vibration in the rear, but not terrible. They just should have replaced the tires at that point. Steering wheel was still off, and car still pulled to the right.

Took it back again because it had a bunch of recalls, and told them it's still pulling. They did the recalls, and also did an alignment, which was way off....all of this coming direct from the factory! Doesn't anyone give a crap about quality? Anyway, the alignment did make a huge difference but, it still has a slight drift to the right.

I can't keep taking the car back for these stupid issues.
