Hyundai i20 with 18 000km on, are on the 4th set of shocks in the last 2000km. This car was taken to the Hyundai service center in PE and they have now replace the i20 shocks with Hyundai Accent shocks and also the coils springs. Our car is not the only car with this problem. I referred the matter to Hyundai Sa, but with no luck. Nobody wants to take responsibility and just shift the blame to the next person. The dealership where we bought the car from was told by John at the PE service center to come and get the other i20 from the service center as they were informed by Korea not work on any of these cars and NOT to replace any i20 shocks with Accent shocks.

Now what about our car where the 4th set of shock was now replaced with Accent shocks. I have sent several emails to Max the National client service manager bur with no luck and the feedback received from him and from the service center is not the same. I am starting to disbelieve the honesty and integrity of Hyundai.

The service that we have received so far is pathetic and the staff not competent at all. I am now stuck with a Hyundai and will never in my life ever buy any Hyundai product and will make sure my family and friends will also never buy any Hyundai product due to the bad service.
