Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Brought car to dealer to complain about this problem. He reset the computer and told us it was okay. We usually fill the tank when at 1/4 tank or above, so we assumed the problem was fixed. After about 3 months, we ran below 1/4 tank and the gauge went up. Brought the car to the dealer and they denied the repair, because the car was out of warranty. We told them the car was never fixed properly the first time and they still denied the claim. Infiniti does not stand behind their products - we've had numerous problems with this car and we're not pleased with them.
