Tow bar split around the square on both sides.had repaired as Seisha as no isuzu dealer available, was to take at least 4 wks to send for replacement, Qualified welder would noy warranty work, When returned home, insurance told us all warranty void on van & car with modified towbar. Local Isuzu dealer requested that we tow van into dealership with modified towbar not at all helpful against all insurance policy to tow with modified tow bar.. vehicle has been serviced there x 2 without resolution. person responsible at dealership not there not available. DO NOT PURCHASE GENUINE ISUZU TOWBAR & EXPECT THST IT WILL DO THE JOB IT WAS PURCHASED FOR. i am a first time tower of a caravan and did take it easy all of the time. It could have ended in disaster if not found by accident in caravan park
