The contact owns a 1997 Isuzu Rodeo. The contact took the vehicle in for a routine oil and was informed that the rear spring mounts were severely rusted. The mechanic stated that the issue was a safety concern and the vehicle would not pass inspection. The vehicle had not been repaired. The current and failure mileages were approximately 100,500.
