While driving 30 mph, the driver applied the brakes, because the motorist in front of her slammed on the brakes and when the consumer attempted to apply the brakes, the brake pedal went down to the floor which caused a collision. The consumer had the vehicle towed to the dealer and the mechanic noticed that the rotors and other brake parts needed replacement.

Was slowing down for a stop sign. Heard grinding noises. Brake pedal went to floor, rearended another vehicle. Neither air bag deployed upon impact. Been to dealer 5 times or more for brake problem. Has squealing in rotors.
