Consumes one quart of oil per 400 miles. We have always had the oil changed every 3000 miles at the Isuzu dealer, because the vehicle was under the ten year/ 100,000 mile warrenty. This is my wifes' vehicle so she maintained the oil level. As it neared the 120,000 mile mark, it seemed to be using more and more oil. I'm trying the 0w-40 mobil1 oil to see if the oil consumption goes down, since I've read that the problem might be dirty piston oil control rings.
