They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. On at least four occasions, and upon starting the vehicle, the engine, after 10 to 30 seconds, rapidly accelerates to 4,000 - 6,000 RPM. The only way to restrict the rapid acceleration is to shut the engine off with the ignition key.
