Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. 2002 Jaguar X type developed tire belt separation. Prior to the separation the vehicle vibrated while being driven.

Auto has apx 28 000 miles replaced in Jan 05 all four showed how they all failed at once. Secondly around Jan 04 replaced two tires from dealer. I payed full price for all of them.

Various problems with Continental tire equipment on 2002 X type Jaguar. The consumer experienced erratic vibration and shaking of the steering column. The diagnosis was that the belt separation occurred which resulted in blowout.
