The contact owns a 2014 Jaguar Xj. While driving at an unknown speed, the vehicle independently accelerated without warning. The contact depressed the brake pedal, but the vehicle failed to respond. As a result, the contact crashed the vehicle into a tree. The air bags failed to deploy. A police report was not filed. The contact sustained severe headaches that did not require medical attention.
