most of the times my car would always overheat. replaced water pump radiator and overflow tank. turns out the problem is most likely your headgasket is either craked or blow, a big problem with the straight 6 models is because of all the torque the head usually will warp causing the head gasket to go out. head gasket set only cost $75 from autoparts store. a shop would problem charge a couple hundred to replace. it was my first time doing something this big and oly took me about 6 hours of wrenchiing to have it totally fixed and now it runs alot better. no problems wth overheating so far.
