1999 Jeep Cherokee - rear brakes occasionally lock up during/after wet weather. Not speed related. Rear brake cylinders replaced at 35K miles and 70K miles (June 2003). Remedy is to slowly pump brakes when stopping until locking-up no longer occurs.
