I have owned the 2016 Jeep Cherokee, for only 9 months and has been at the dealership more than 12 times. I was driving down 25A in Huntington and the car lunges to the top speed while coasting 35 miles per hour on a very busy road. At 9:27 Pm driving down the same road the problem occurs again without warning it takes the dealership more than 12 times to tell me nothing is going on with the Jeep and they couldn't duplicate the problem, until I had a minor incident with the car that left me with a strained neck for 5 days. This is a very dangerous car and the dealer was too late to even fix the problem until I had the minor fender bender with a traffic cone. But wait there is more, I called Chrysler's headquarters in Michigan and never received a replacement or even a rental for the lost time I've had the car in the dealership. In Huntington NY in order to get to most places you're required to use a car. It will take me 1 full hour to get to the next town if I walked. The car will sit in the driveway until they can figure out a solution to get me into something safer and different.
